What better way to workout? The room will be dark the music will be PUMPING.
Expect to box, squat, sing, dance and booty pop through an insanely EPIC playlist from the year 2000's, mixed by the one and only DJ Jake.
All you'll need is a sweat towel & drink bottle. Dressing up is optional but recommended ;-)
