Join us for a whole hour of fun and happy vibes, where you're guaranteed to sing, smile and leave feeling amazing! This class is a ‘mixed bag’ of mostly bodyweight, however for that extra burn we will also sneak in a couple of dumbbell & resistance band tracks, so if you have them pop them in your bag with your sweat towel, water bottle and mat/beach towel.

Please remember, that this is your own workout. While this class is low impact (ie no burpees, high impact jumping or plyometric moves), if you want to do higher impact options you can! There is no pressure in our classes to do anything you are not comfortable with.
