CANCELLATION & PASS POLICY – PLEASE READ!

We have 4 classes each week, and you can use your pass to attend any or all of our classes. You simply need to book into each class you want to attend. Purchasing a class pass does not automatically book you into any classes.

You are welcome to turn up and we can book you at the door, however, our booking system is how we communicate important updates, including venue changes or other information, so if you turn up without booking, we cannot guarantee that you will have received any updates.

We totally understand that things pop up in everyday life and plans can change, so if you can’t make a class you’ve booked, you can cancel/reschedule your booking by sending us a quick message via socials, SMS or by replying to your confirmation email. 

Your class pass credit is only deducted once you attend the class - it is not deducted when you make your booking.

Our 10 Class Pass is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and is non-transferable and cannot be placed on hold.

While we do not extend the pass expiry date, you can book classes up to 6 weeks in advance, provided the booking is made before your pass expires. Any booking made before the expiry date will be honoured, even if the class takes place after your pass has expired.

Bookings cannot be rescheduled after the pass expiry date.

If you're going away or think you might not use all your classes within the timeframe, you may want to consider our 5 Class Pass, or you can always pay casually.
